Transport claims

​Stora Enso Logistics’ Claims Department must be informed in the event of pre-arrival and/or handling damages. The following documents must be provided in order to support the claim:
copy of the written notification 
copy of the original delivery document
copy of the transport document (CIM, haulage note, B/L, AWB, CMR, POD)
photos of damage, prior unloading
photo of label identifying unit

 

The product needs to be kept aside for survey purposes until Stora Enso informs otherwise. The package is to be stored with its original wrappings and identification markings.
