What are the trainees saying?

“Self-awareness is one of the most important gains from the GROW programme. The better I know myself, the faster I can improve.”

Yuanyuan Zhang, trainee 2013

“I had the chance to work with a special project during the programme – improving communication between the top management and the employees at my mill in Fors. As a newly graduated engineer this project was far outside my comfort zone, but I learned that it is often more important to dare to take action than to wait until I have the total expertise for the task. It made me more brave in my role as a change-maker.”

Frida Pettersson, trainee 2013
